Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address, a username, and a password. Passwords are stored securely (hashed) by our authentication provider; we never see your plain‑text password.
Profile and golf information. Information you enter in the app, such as your name, handicap, home course, preferred tees, units, the players you save, and your rounds and scores.
Location. If you tap “Use my location,” we request your device’s approximate location at that moment to find golf courses near you. We use it to perform the search and do not store your coordinates or share your location with third parties for advertising.
Usage and device data. Basic technical information needed to operate the app (for example, app version and error information).
We use trusted third‑party services to operate ParTab. They process data only to provide their service to us:
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers above to run the app, or when required by law.
We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time in the app (My Account → Delete Account), which removes your account and sign‑in. Some round and player data stored only on your device is removed when you delete the app.
ParTab is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and secure password storage. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date.
