You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use ParTab.
You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.
Round scores, players, and other information you enter remain yours. You grant us permission to store and process this information to provide the app’s features.
Course information (names, pars, stroke indexes, yardages, locations, and any GPS/distance data) comes from third‑party providers and may contain errors or be out of date. ParTab is provided for recreational use; do not rely on it where accuracy is critical.
The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or that data will be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ParTab and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms or the app from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules.
